Shipping and returns

Hi, and thank you for shopping with WellYeah. Our greatest concern is our customers, and we want to make sure you have the greatest experience possible. Therefore, we tried to create a shipping and returns policy that will work for you and for us.



We offer free shipping for all orders in the U.S over $35! Orders less than $35 have a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping. Subscription orders get free shipping, no matter the cost of the order. We ship out our products within two days of purchase. We use standard ground shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please allow two to six business days from when your order was shipped until it is delivered.

If a package is returned to us, because the package was unable to be delivered for whatever reason, we will give a refund, but charge for the shipping and a restocking fee, unless we made an error. If you want us to reship the product, there will be a $5.95 shipping fee for the first item, along with a $2.50 charge for each additional item.



You can cancel an order, only until you receive tracking ID. Once you did, you cannot cancel your order anymore.

All claims need to be filed within seven days from when the order was received. If you didn’t receive your order, it will only be honored until fifteen days from when you placed your order.



In order to return an item, you need to get an RMA, or return merchandise authorization, from our customer service. A return can only be made within fifteen days from receiving your RMA number. Items must be in original condition, in original packaging, and sealed.

If we messed up in any way, for example shipped wrong item, messy packaging… we will give you a full refund. But for any other return reason, we will charge a restocking fee. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
All returns have to be done with a trackable carrier and have to have the following information.
RMA code
Full name
Phone number
Email address
Original order number
Reason for return.


Please allow us 15 days to process your returns. If we don’t receive the returned product, and tracking ID cannot be found, we cannot offer a refund.
